Attitude towards learning. Learning about new products, new processes, new technologies, new industries, new segments, new verticals, new competition, new customers and their business processes, every day, every week, every month, every quarter. Learning should never stop ever.
Attitude towards people. Willingness to interact with people, willingness to listen to them patiently, willingness to ask questions when you don’t understand something and willingness to do what it takes to help them.
Attitude towards work. Working with passion and intensity. Approaching work with a simple mindset of one thing at a time. Focussing on the activity at hand and giving it 100% without worrying about the outcomes.
Attitude towards outcomes. Focussing on the task at hand and giving it 100% without worrying about the outcomes. Not lettting the outcome change your character. Not getting carried away with success. Not getting demotivated over failures. Learning from the experiences and not repeating the same mistake twice. Learning from success to work smartly and achieve more.
Attitude towards time. Understanding the fact that “Time if the most valuable resource in the world” and respecting it. Managing your time smartly amd prioritising your activities. Focus on the important before it becomes urgent.
Atttitude towards self. Having a positive mindset. Telling yourself again and again that “If I can’t, nobody can”. Telling yourself that, people like you. The world loves you. Nobody is against you. Infact everyone wants to support you.
